We are thrilled to invite you to our very first Gluten Free Pasta Class where you will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch using our imported gluten-free flour from Molino Pasini in Italy. This is an opportunity to learn the secrets that make Italian cuisine so unique and celebrated: la convivialita’.
Our culinary workshop is designed for a maximum of 12 participants to ensure an intimate and engaging experience. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a variety of Tuscan appetizers, including pecorino Toscano and fagioli all'olio, which will stimulate your palate for the culinary journey ahead.
As you settle in, the communal table will be set, just as it was at our Toscana agriturismo, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will then proceed to the kitchen, where our expert chef will guide you through the process of creating an incredible Tuscan meal, including fresh gluten-free pasta, that you will savor and enjoy at the communal table.
In addition to the culinary skills you will learn, our Gluten Free Pasta Class is an opportunity to create wonderful memories in the cucina and around la tavola, while learning the importance of using fresh and genuine ingredients to make a good and simple meal.
However, we want to be transparent about our kitchen not being certified gluten-free, and we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination. Our team will make every effort to minimize the risk, but we advise that you consider this before making a booking.

Wine will be available for purchase at Farinolio as we are not a BYOB.

The price per person is $130
$20 per person will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at checkout.
The final balance will be due at Farinolio on the night of the event.
