Led by two expert chefs, Laura and Paola, you will learn traditional and classic Italian regional recipes that are the base of Mediterranean cuisine.

As you work alongside our chefs, you will learn all the secrets and stories behind some of their family recipes. From classic dishes like focaccia and risotto to delicious desserts like tiramisu and Torta di Mele, you will get to experience the authentic flavors of Italy.

Bruschette: A selection of different varieties of bruschetta
Focaccia con le cipolle: Traditional onion focaccia , Paola’s recipe (hands-on)
Polpettine di Nonna Renata: Homemade meatballs with tomato sauce served with rustic ciabatta bread for scarpetta, Laura’s grandma recipe! (hands-on)
Peperoni arrostini: Roasted peppers with fresh herb dressing (hands-on)
Crema di ricotta: Chocolate and ricotta cream with fresh fruit (hands-on)


The menu contains gluten, meat, dairy, and nuts
Wine will be available for purchase at Farinolio as we are not a BYOB. 

The price per person is $135

$20 per person will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at checkout.

The final balance will be due at Farinolio on the night of the event.
