Join us on a delightful adventure into the flavors of Italy with our immersive two-night seasonal cooking masterclass. With the luxury of more time, we'll be able to explore recipes that require longer preparation and are not typically included in our one-night experience.
During these two nights, we'll have the opportunity to make and bake delicious focaccia, try traditional breakfast cakes called torte e pasticcini da colazione, prepare some hearty minestrone soups, savor the flavors of a perfectly cooked arrosto meat, learn the art of cooking beans from scratch, and discover creative ways to use leftovers. Not only will you have the pleasure of tasting some of our creations at Farinolio, but you'll also bring some home to share with your loved ones.
Whether you're an experienced chef or a passionate home cook, this experience is guaranteed to ignite your love for Italian traditional cuisine and expand your culinary repertoire!

To set the mood, each class will begin with an Italian Aperitivo, featuring a delectable selection of Italian cheeses, cured meats, schiacciata, and an array of vegetables, among other delightful treats.
And of course, we haven't forgotten about the wine! Our Vino will be included to complement your culinary journey.

$20 per person will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at checkout.
The final balance will be due at Farinolio on the night of the event.
