FARINOLIO POLICY

PAYMENT AND GRATUITY:
When purchasing tickets for a Farinolio event, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due on the night of the event, with a 20% gratuity automatically added to the final bill. Please note that gratuity is not included in the ticket price.

EXCLUSIVE PURCHASES:
During the event, you will have the unique opportunity to purchase exclusive retail items, including some Chef’s specials from fresh meats, cheeses, and specialty ingredients, available only to event guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify Farinolio no later than 6 business days prior to your class or dining experience. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at laura@farinolio.com. Phone calls, messages on social media or voicemails will not be accepted.

Due to class preparation, food purchases, and staff scheduling, cancellations made within 6 business days of the event will not qualify for a refund or deposit transfer. No exceptions will be made. All refunds will be processed via credit card, with a processing time of 3-5 business days.

TICKET TRANSFERS:
You may transfer your registration to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in writing if you wish to do so.

EVENT CANCELLATION:
Farinolio reserves the right to cancel a class or event due to inclement weather, low attendance, or emergencies. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you by both telephone and email, and you will be offered either a credit towards another class or a full refund.

FOOD ALLERGIES AND SUBSTITUTIONS:
If you have a food allergy that requires special adjustments, please email us in advance at laura@farinolio.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee substitutions. We also reserve the right to substitute ingredients and menu items if necessary but will strive to remain true to the advertised menu.
