FARINOLIO POLICY

PAYMENT AND GRATUITY:
When purchasing tickets for a Farinolio event, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance, including tax and 20% gratuity, will be due 6 days before the event via a digital link that we’ll provide. Please note that gratuity is not included in the ticket price.

EXCLUSIVE PURCHASES:
During the event, you will have the unique opportunity to purchase exclusive retail items, including some Chef’s specials from fresh meats, cheeses, and specialty ingredients, available only to event guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once your event is booked and the deposit is paid, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. However, if you notify us by email at laura@farinolio.com at least ten days prior to the event, we would be happy to transfer your deposit toward a future event.

We kindly ask for your understanding and mindfulness regarding our cancellation policy. At Farinolio, we are not a traditional restaurant or cooking school—when you attend one of our Italian foodie events, you’re a friend welcomed into our home, just as it would be in Italy.

As a small family business, last-minute cancellations can have an impact on us as well. Our events have extremely limited space, and when cancellations happen at the last minute, it often means someone else misses the opportunity to join us for a truly special experience.

While we understand that unforeseen situations can arise, we kindly ask for your help in honoring this policy so we can continue creating memorable evenings for everyone.

TICKET TRANSFERS:
You may transfer your registration to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in writing if you wish to do so.

EVENT CANCELLATION:
Farinolio reserves the right to cancel a class or event due to inclement weather, low attendance, or emergencies. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you by both telephone and email, and you will be offered either a credit towards another class or a full refund.

FOOD ALLERGIES AND SUBSTITUTIONS:
If you have a food allergy that requires special adjustments, please email us in advance at laura@farinolio.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee substitutions. We also reserve the right to substitute ingredients and menu items if necessary but will strive to remain true to the advertised menu. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee accommodations without prior communication.

SEATING ACCOMODATIONS:

At all of our events, you’ll be seated at a communal table alongside other guests, embracing the true spirit of Italian conviviality that makes these gatherings so special. This isn’t a restaurant experience—it’s more like being welcomed into our famiglia, where sharing a meal with others is at the heart of what we do.

If you’re signing up with family or friends and would like to be seated together at the communal table, we’ll be more than happy to do our best to accommodate your request. Please just reach out to us at laura@farinolio.com prior to the event, and we’ll take care of the rest. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee accommodations without prior communication.
