Welcome to Farinolio, where simplicity meets perfection in the art of pasta-making. Today, we're diving deep into the heart of Italian tradition with a celebration centered around just two humble ingredients: pasta flour and eggs.
Guided by Chef Laura & Chef Paola, you'll learn the delicate dance of mixing, kneading, and rolling, transforming the basic elements of flour and eggs into silky ribbons of pappardelle. With each precise movement, you'll witness the alchemy that occurs when passion and tradition intersect.
MENU:
Aperitivo: Salumi, Formaggi and Bruschetta
Farfalle: Homemade farfalle with orangy salmon sauce, arugula and burrata (hands-on)
Rotolo alla fragole: Spongy cake roll with homemade whipped cream and strawberries
Price per person: $125
$20 per person will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at checkout.
The final balance will be due at Farinolio on the night of the event.
Wine will be available for purchase, or feel free to bring your own wine with a corkage fee of $15 per bottle.
To enhance the communal dining experience, guests will be seated at a large communal table, just like we do in Italy. This allows for a convivial atmosphere where new friendships can be forged and old ones can be cherished.
