Let's roll up our sleeves, sprinkle on the flour, and honor Mamma with a heartfelt culinary experience that she'll treasure forever. Join us for our Ravioli Making Party and celebrate Mother's Day in the most delicious way possible!
MENU:
-Aperitivo with bruschette, salumi, formaggi, verdurine & insalatina with arugula and strawberries
-Homemade burrata ravioli with truffle butter, toasted hazelnut and crispy sage (hands-on)
-Dolcetti: biscottini and espresso, tartine with cream and raspberry
Price per person: $130
$20 per person will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at checkout.
The final balance will be due at Farinolio on the night of the event.
Wine will be available for purchase, or feel free to bring your own wine with a corkage fee of $15 per bottle.
To enhance the communal dining experience, guests will be seated at a large communal table, just like we do in Italy. This allows for a convivial atmosphere where new friendships can be forged and old ones can be cherished.
