Meet Chef Michele Mancini

Farinolio is delighted to host Chef Michele Mancini for his first appearance in New Jersey to share his artistic talent with friends and guests.
Chef Michele Mancini is the executive chef of Ristorante L’Olivo by Hotel Stella della Versilia in Tuscany, owned by Gigi Buffon, a former goalkeeper for the Italian National Soccer Team that won the World Cup.

Aperitivo di Benvenuto: Chef Michele’s surprise bites
Polpettine al tartufo: Homemade meatballs with beef and truffle pecorino cheese served with homemade tomato sauce (hands on)
Pici Toscani: Homemade Tuscan pici pasta served with Tuscan meat ragu sauce (hands on)
Tiramisu: Chef Michele’s version of the classic tiramisu all’Italiana

The menu contains gluten, dairy, meat, eggs, and nuts

Wine will be available for purchase at Farinolio as we are not a BYOB. 

The price per person is $195

$50 per person will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at checkout.

The final balance will be due at Farinolio on the night of the event.
