Farinolio is delighted to host Chef Michele Mancini for his first appearance in New Jersey to share his artistic talent with friends and guests.
Chef Michele Mancini is the executive chef of Ristorante L’Olivo by Hotel Stella della Versilia in Tuscany, owned by Gigi Buffon, a former goalkeeper for the Italian National Soccer Team that won the World Cup.

Cecina: Tuscan chickpea flatbread with rosemary and black pepper
Pappa al pomodoro con gambero e prosciutto: Tuscan pappa al pomodoro served with roasted shrimp and crispy prosciutto
Insalata di cannellini, calamari e pomodorini: Calamari salad with cannellini beans, cherry tomatoes, greens and Tuscan extra virgin olive oil
Crocchette di salmone: Salmon croquettes with arugula pesto
Millefoglie salata: Savory millefoglie with fluffy ricotta cheese, fried mortadella al pistacchio DOP
Risotto mantecato al pecorino e burro al tartufo: Creamy risotto carnaroli with pecorino Toscano and white truffle butter

The menu contains gluten, dairy, meat, eggs, seafood and nuts
The price per person is $220
$50 per person will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at checkout.
The final balance will be due at Farinolio on the night of the event.
