Meet Chef Michele Mancini

Farinolio is delighted to host Chef Michele Mancini for his first appearance in New Jersey to share his artistic talent with friends and guests.
Chef Michele Mancini is the executive chef of Ristorante L’Olivo by Hotel Stella della Versilia in Tuscany, owned by Gigi Buffon, a former goalkeeper for the Italian National Soccer Team that won the World Cup.

Aperitivo di Benvenuto: Chef Michele’s surprise bites
Fettunta: Homemade crostino with pecorino Toscano and red wine onion (hands on)
Raviolo: Homemade raviolo stuffed with Tuscan finocchiona salame cacio e pepe (hands on)
Torta al cioccolato: Chocolate cake with salted caramel sauce

The menu contains gluten, dairy, meat, eggs, and nuts

Wine will be available for purchase at Farinolio as we are not a BYOB. 

The price per person is $195

$50 per person will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at checkout.

The final balance will be due at Farinolio on the night of the event.
