Welcome to Farinolio, where simplicity meets perfection in the art of pasta-making. Today, we're diving deep into the heart of Italian tradition with a celebration centered around just two humble ingredients: pasta flour and eggs.

Guided by Chef Laura & Chef Paola, you'll learn the delicate dance of mixing, kneading, and rolling, transforming the basic elements of flour and eggs into silky ribbons of pasta. With each precise movement, you'll witness the alchemy that occurs when passion and tradition intersect.

And when the last batch of pappardelle is gently cooked to perfection, we gather around the table, eager to savor the fruits of our labor. With glasses raised in a toast to tradition and plates piled high with culinary delights, we revel in the simple pleasures of good food and great company.

MENU:

-Crostini with mushrooms and melted fontina cheese
-Roasted pear wrapped in Prosciutto di Parma and served with warm honey
-Mortadella and robiola mousse with schiacciata grissini
-Caprese salad
-Tagliatelle con polpettine-ine-ine: Fresh tagliatelle pasta served with Chef Laura’s recipe of tiny tiny meatball sauce (hands-on) delizioso!
-Roasted apples with cinnamon whipped cream

Hopewell Vineyards Wine will be available for purchase, or feel free to bring your own wine.

Price per person: $125
A non-refundable $30 per person deposit will be charged at checkout. Tax and gratuity are not included. The remaining balance, plus tax and a 20% gratuity, will be due on the night of the event.

To enhance the communal dining experience, guests will be seated at a large communal table, just like we do in Italy. This allows for a convivial atmosphere where new friendships can be forged and old ones can be cherished. If you are signing up with other friends and would like to be seated together, please let us know by sending an email to laura@farinolio.com. We will do our best to accommodate your requests and ensure that you can fully enjoy the evening with your loved ones
