Cari Amici,

We are beyond excited to invite you to the Grand Opening Festa of our second home in Summit! This is not just a celebration of a new location—it’s a celebration of family, community, and the Italian traditions we hold so dear. We can’t wait to share this special day with you.

From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the celebration will be in full swing, with food stations featuring all your Farinolio favorites: salumi, formaggi, schiacciate, pastries, and so much more. Each bite is made with love and ingredients directly sourced from small, passionate producers across Italy, bringing you the true flavors of our homeland.

And because no celebration is complete without a toast, we’ll be serving non-alcoholic Italian Aperol spritz and mimosas for you to enjoy!

This festa is our gift to you, our extended Farinolio family. Please feel free to stop by anytime between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to celebrate with us. It would mean the world to have you there, sharing in the joy of this moment.

Mid September marks the peak of the harvest season in Italy—a time of celebration, where locals gather for "sagra" festivals filled with fresh, seasonal flavors. Even if you can't be in Tuscany, our Tuscan Harvest Dinner will bring the essence of these joyful gatherings to you.

Indulge in traditional dishes inspired by the harvest, crafted with the freshest ingredients and a lot of amore.

- Aperitivo with salumi, formaggi, and bruschetta
- Verdure arrosto: Roasted vegetables with fresh herbs

Their product, a remarkably lean, silken, and flavorful salumi, is a testament to their dedication.

You may be familiar with our beloved Schiacciata Boldini. Well, this special salame called Golfetta is dry-aged for over 45 days and is infused with aromatic herbs and encased in a soft cotton cloth, allowing the flavors to develop harmoniously. Made with reduced fat content without compromising on taste, it's truly a delicacy worth savoring.
