At Farinolio, we believe that food is more than just nourishment—it’s a form of art. We’re excited to introduce Pasta & Art Nights, an extraordinary dining experience where Italy’s most iconic dish, pasta, takes center stage as an artistic masterpiece.
Each Pasta Night, Chef Laura and Chef Paola will prepare a special trittico di primi piatti—three authentic pasta dishes that showcase the flavors of Italy’s diverse regions. No overcomplications, no unnecessary frills—just like le nonne in Italia would make at home for their families. The menu will change every time, drawing from regional recipes and the stories behind them.
Adding depth to the evening, Francesco Colbertaldo, aka Mr Schiacciata, will guide you on a journey through Italian art, history, and culture. From Renaissance masterpieces to hidden cultural gems, Francesco will bring Italy’s rich artistic heritage to life. His engaging lessons will create a deeper connection between the culinary and cultural wonders of Italy, making each night a feast for the mind and the palate.

PRICE: $115 PER PERSON plus TAX AND 20% GRATUITY
A non-refundable $30 per person deposit will be charged at checkout. Tax and gratuity are not included. The remaining balance, plus tax and a 20% gratuity, will be due on the night of the event.
BYOB
To enhance the communal dining experience, guests will be seated at a large communal table, just like we do in Italy. This allows for a convivial atmosphere where new friendships can be forged and old ones cherished. If you are signing up with other friends and would like to be seated together, please let us know by sending an email to laura@farinolio.com. We will do our best to accommodate your requests and ensure that you can fully enjoy the evening with your loved ones.
