At Farinolio, we are neither a restaurant nor a cooking school—we are an Italian home away from home, where food is an expression of love and cooking together is a cherished tradition. Our Pasta Making Class & Dinner is an invitation to step into our casa italiana, roll up your sleeves, and experience the magic of homemade pasta just as it’s done in kitchens across Italy.

Each class features a different type of pasta fatta in casa, and every guest will start by making the dough a mano, feeling the texture change under their hands, just like nonna would teach. Together, we will shape the pasta of the evening, cook it with simple, high-quality ingredients, and then sit down as one big Italian family at our tavola conviviale to enjoy the meal we’ve created.

But this is more than just learning a recipe—it’s about embracing la dolce vita. Cooking together is an act of love, a moment to share stories, laughter, and traditions. As we knead, roll, and shape, you’ll hear Italian spoken around the table, pick up some useful expressions, and discover the deep cultural roots behind every dish.

-Salumi: A selection of Italian cured meats
-Insalata speciale: Chef’s special seasonal salad

Piatto Principale: Ricotta & Lemon Ravioli with asparagus and fresh tomato sauce

Price per person: $130 - plus TAX AND 20% GRATUITY

non-refundable deposit of $30 per person will be charged at checkout.
The remaining balance, including tax and 20% gratuity, will be due 6 days before the event via a digital link that we’ll provide to you by email.

You are welcome to bring your own wine to enjoy during the event. For any seating requests to be seated with other guests or to notify us of allergies, please reach out to laura@farinolio.com prior to the event. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee accommodations without prior communication.
