Together, you will learn the secrets of making traditional Italian dishes, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients, and mastering techniques that have been passed down through generations.

Whether you are an experienced cook or a beginner, our Italian cooking class is perfect for all skill levels, and our chefs will guide you every step of the way.

MENU:

Bruschetta: Farinolio toasted bread with fresh tomatoes and basil
Prosciutto & Formaggio: A selection of our Italian cheeses served along with our Rovagnati prosciutto cotto ham
Tagliatelle: Homemade tagliatelle pasta with fresh tomato sauce (hands-on)
Cioccolata: Chocolate fondue with fresh fruit and biscottini 

You will also make your own fresh herb infused Tuscan olive oil to take home!

The menu contains gluten, meat, dairy, and nuts
Wine will be available for purchase at Farinolio as we are not a BYOB. 

The price per person is $115

$20 per person will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at checkout.

The final balance will be due at Farinolio on the night of the event.
