Farinolio will welcome you to our farm-to-table cooking class where you get to learn traditional and rustic flavors from all over Italy. Laura will share with you all her family’s recipes and you will learn the secret that makes Italian cuisine so unique and celebrated: la convivialita’.
You will create great memories in the cucina and around la tavola and you will also learn how important it is to use fresh and genuine ingredients to make a good and simple meal!

- Tuscan pecorino cheese with honey and walnuts
- Arugula salad with roasted chickpeas & red onion
- Homemade tagliatelle with mushroom and truffle ragu (hands-on class)
