Farinolio will welcome you to our farm-to-table cooking class where you get to learn traditional and rustic flavors from all over Italy. Laura will share with you all her family’s recipes and you will learn the secret that makes Italian cuisine so unique and celebrated: la convivialita’.
You will create great memories in the cucina and around la tavola and you will also learn how important it is to use fresh and genuine ingredients to make a good and simple meal!

- Verdurine: Seasonal roasted vegetables with capers & fresh herbs
- Crostone: Roasted sausage and stracchino cheese toasted bread
- Gnocchi: Homemade ricotta gnocchi with cheese fonduta and toasted hazelnuts (hands-on class)
- Le Mele di Nonna Renata: Baked stuffed apples served with zabaione (demo)
Wine will be available for purchase at Farinolio as we are not a BYOB.
