Farinolio is honored to host such an incredible chef!
Unforgettable experiences begin in the imagination. Imagine a place where time is marked by the constant discovery of new shapes and forms, where imagination is awakened, and memories are brought back to life. A place where inspiration can be transformed into sublime artistic accomplishments and conjure up images of eternal beauty. That is Carrara in Tuscany.
Carrara, with its breathtaking marble quarries, never ceases to provide inspiration to Chef Michele Mancini. In the footsteps of the likes of Michelangelo, Canova, Bernini, Catalan, and Fabre, Chef Mancini transforms like the sculptor in his workshop, the simplest ingredients of the soil and sea into sublime culinary works of art. The fusion of aromas, refinement of ingredients, and attention to detail deliver experiences that engage all your senses and stimulate your mind to imagine walking along the ancient walls of a Tuscan hamlet or the Mediterranean coast. The sight of his marvelous creations, rooted in his Tuscan origin, yet unmoored from strict regional traditions, never ceases to delight his guests mesmerized by the story behind each individual creation.
