Farinolio will welcome you to our farmhouse-style cooking class where you get to learn traditional and rustic flavors from all over Italy.
Chef Laura will teach the class in both Italian and English so you will learn interesting cultural aspects and words and phrases you can use on your next trip to Italy!
Through her family’s recipes, you will learn the secret that makes Italian cuisine so unique and celebrated: la convivialita’.
Our culinary workshops are intended for a maximum of 12 participants, who will be welcomed with a variety of Tuscan appetizers including bruschetta and fagioli all'olio.
The communal table will next be set, just as it was at our Toscana agriturismo, and you will proceed to the kitchen to begin preparing an incredible Tuscan meal.
