Farinolio will welcome you to our farm-to-table cooking class where you get to learn traditional and rustic flavors from all over Italy. Laura will share with you all her family’s recipes and you will learn the secret that makes Italian cuisine so unique and celebrated: la convivialita’. You will create great memories in the cucina and around la tavola and you will also learn how important it is to use fresh and genuine ingredients to make a good and simple meal!

- Complimentary glass of Spuma Rossa wine
- Grissini: Crispy schiacciata breadsticks served with homemade roasted carrot and sun-dried tomato dip
- Ceci: Spicy roasted chickpeas with rosemary
- Fagioli all’olio: Roasted garlicky cannellini beans with Tuscan olive oil
- Gnocchi di zucca: Butternut squash gnocchi with red onion and sage sauce with toasted hazelnuts (hands-on)
- Crema di riso al cocco: Warm coconut rice pudding Italian style with raspberry and maple syrup (demo)
