Meet Chef Michele Mancini

Farinolio is delighted to host Chef Michele Mancini for his first appearance in New Jersey to share his artistic talent with friends and guests.
Chef Michele Mancini is the executive chef of Ristorante L’Olivo by Hotel Stella della Versilia in Tuscany, owned by Gigi Buffon, a former goalkeeper for the Italian National Soccer Team that won the World Cup.

The sight of his marvelous creations, rooted in his Tuscan origin, yet unmoored from strict regional traditions, never ceases to delight his guests mesmerized by the story behind each individual creation.

- Panzanella: Traditional Tuscan bread salad Michele’s style
- Cantucci: Savory Tuscan biscotti with almond and parmigiano Reggiano
- Crema di ceci: Chickpea crema with crispy shrimp
- Fettunta: Toasted bread with tomatoes, mozzarella, anchovies, and lemon
- Millefoglie: Savory crispy bread chips with fluffy ricotta and fried mortadella with pistachios
- Piccola pasticceria: An assortment of homemade Tuscan sweets


Wine will be available for purchase at Farinolio as we are not a BYOB.
