Chef Laura, originally from the city of Torino in the Piedmont region, was raised in a family of veteran restaurateurs that introduced her to buon cibo e buon vino from the Langhe area!

Tonight you will experience a very special Italian regional dinner with Chef Laura’s family who is visiting from Italy and will prepare for you some authentic and comforting recipes from the Piedmont region.

Crostino bagnetto verde | Toasted bread with parsley sauce & roasted peppers

Bagna Cauda | Seasonal vegetables served with a warm and silky garlicky dipping sauce

Gnocchi alla bava | Homemade potato gnocchi with creamy fontina cheese sauce and toasted hazelnut

Bicerin | Decadent espresso & chocolate drink with a fluffy layer of whipped cream
